Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
bepexh accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit card, and Mastercard debit card. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bepexh does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in the bepexh cashier section at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method. bepexh reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.
Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. bepexh aims to complete withdrawal transactions within the timeframe specified in the cashier for each payment method. You confirm that all funds deposited into your bepexh account are your own personal funds, legally owned by you, and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity. bepexh reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds where deposits appear unusual in volume or pattern.
The bepexh platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, wager values, and payout amounts are expressed in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied by bepexh to any player transaction.
Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by bepexh are available to eligible Players who meet the specific conditions stated for each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and who are in good standing with bepexh.
All bonus credits issued by bepexh are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount plus the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus balance may be withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bepexh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bepexh Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss resulting from reliance on bepexh content.
bepexh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit bepexh's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
bepexh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account would pose a regulatory, legal, or security risk to the platform or its users.
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, bepexh reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the account balance, including any real-money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
